Our group is generally made up of folks that hail from the Derby City and surrounding Ohio River Valley area, who all have a passion for Microsoft SQL Server and the technologies that surround it. 

We are a diverse group with skills ranging from "accidental DBA's" to senior administrators, seasoned developers to big data analysts and all of the other backgrounds that fall in between.

About Paul:
Paul Slaughter jumped into the deep end of the security analysis and administration pool over 4 years ago and has never looked back. After having gained experience implementing, administrating, and analyzing many of the industry standard security monitoring tools, Paul would like to evangelize the use of security tools only after a rigorous and thorough documentation process, in addition to well made policies and procedures, not in lieu of.
